TrustMark is a Government-endorsed scheme dedicated to enhancing quality in trades delivered in and around homes. This showcases to customers a commitment to delivering a superior pest control service, meeting quality standards and demonstrating customer care for what can be a delicate issue.
By using the online TrustMark Directory, in association with the BPCA, potential clients can discover the pest control provider nearest to their location, safe in the knowledge that participating companies have met the entry requirements to ensure reliability. This includes documented, robust and transparent internal audit processes, evidenced by our UKAS/ISO9001 accreditation, and backed up with current membership of relevant certification schemes. Traders have some pre-entry checks conducted on sample work to ensure compliance to industry standards and codes of practice.
Further ongoing annual checks are carried out via on and off-site assessments and reviews to ensure that quality of service is continually upheld.
